When it comes to lifts that favor sprinting form; the deadlift is preferred more than the squat because it works your posterioir chain better. Doing 2-3 set of 2-3 reps with 5min rest is the most efficient way to produce power without adding bulk to your muscles. Your muscles need to be dense— not bulky.
